Harshil Patel - Great post there Ramit! My wife-to-be directed me here – and this is quite an eye opener for us – to know the options we have and the work it’ll require us to do – kudos man!14/05/2012 – 8:28 pm

Tara - Thank you, lots to think about. I didn’t realize that as the person hiring the service of a photographer I don’t own the copyright! So can I ask that the copy right be signed over to me when the photographs are handed over? Or does it mean that the photographer has the rights to use pictures of my personal memories rather than me!!15/05/2012 – 2:10 pm

ramitbatra - Each photographer might have different policies about their pictures & copyrights. You must clarify this with your own photographer before getting into a contract/assignment with her/him.15/05/2012 – 2:43 pm
