For Photographers – You need good knowledge of handling a Professional Camera, Flash/Off-Camera Flash, Data Backups, Catalogs, Basic Color Correction in Lightroom, Basic Editing in Photoshop.

For Cinematographers – You need good knowledge of handling a Camera, Mic, Slider/Monopod/Gimbal, Basic Editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, Basic handling of After Effects & handling
For Editors – A Great Portfolio & multiple links to showcase video/photo edits will be required. You should be fluent with Short/Long Film edits (Video Editors) & Color Grading/Presets/LUTs (Photo Editors).
For Sales/Marketing – We are looking for someone with great communication skills, fluent English and Hindi, and a great personality. Someone who can interact with the client and the team and form a great line of communication between the two. You will also be responsible to meet prospective clients to generate more business and take phone/email business inquiries and get back with relevant information. Knowledge of social media stories/posts and creating content/blog writing will be a plus!
For SEO/Social Media Managers – Good Knowledge of Instagram, Reels, Youtube, Stories & Pinterest is a must. Hashtag research & SEO Skills with examples will be required.
We work primarily on Nikon Equipment, Godox Flash/Lights & Moza Gimbals as well as iMacs & Mac Book Pros only.
This will be a full-time job, you will be required to work from our office in Sec 65, Gurgaon.
Newcomers can apply to Intern for 3-6 months, and will be considered for a full-time position as and when they are ready and show the right skills.
You may or maynot get to travel with us for our Destination Wedding / Travel assignments. It will depend on your skillset & the requirements of the assignment.
You get to work directly with Ramit Batra, and must be open to Learn. We are willing to work with fresh new talent with or without experience, but you must have some great work to showcase & the right attitude to work.
