These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all photography, cinematography, and related services provided by Ramit Batra Photography & Films (“Studio”, “we”, “us”) to the Client (“you”). By accessing www.ramitbatra.com or booking our services, you agree to these terms.
A detailed scope of work, event schedule, number of deliverables, locations, and timelines will be provided in the final booking confirmation. Any additional hours, travel, editing requests, or last‑minute changes may incur additional charges.
• A 50–60% non‑refundable advance confirms your booking.
• Remaining payment must be cleared before final delivery.
• Late payments delay delivery timelines.
• If cancelled by the Client, advances remain non‑refundable.
• If cancelled by the Studio due to unavoidable circumstances, a full refund or rescheduled date will be offered.
• Selection of final images and creative editing style remains the Studio’s artistic discretion.
• Raw footage/photos are not provided unless explicitly included in the package.
• Delivery timelines depend on the season, project size, and workflow.
• The Studio is not responsible for missed moments due to guest behaviour, restrictions, venue rules, or delays caused by the Client.
• All captured images, raw data, and films remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Studio.
• Clients receive a limited personal-use license.
• Commercial usage, brand collabs, advertising, or resale require written permission.
• Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
Unless mutually agreed otherwise in writing, the Client grants the Studio the right to use selected images/films for portfolio, website, social media, presentations, and marketing materials. We ensure all images are used respectfully and tastefully.
• Ensure cooperation of family and guests.
• Provide safe and non-restrictive working conditions.
• The Client is liable for equipment damage caused by negligent behaviour at events.
• Permissions and venue access are the Client’s responsibility.
• In case of equipment failure, data corruption, illness, accidents, or ‘Acts of God,’ the Studio’s liability is limited to a refund not exceeding the amount paid.
• The Studio is not liable for emotional, consequential, or indirect damages.
• Backup processes are followed, but absolute data security cannot be guaranteed.
For overseas events:
• Visa, travel, accommodation, and local transportation must be arranged/provided by the Client.
• Extra shooting days caused by weather, delays, or schedule changes may incur additional costs.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be addressed through mediation, followed by binding arbitration in New Delhi as per the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard personal data provided by you through www.ramitbatra.com, booking forms, and communication channels.
